Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. If there is any issue with the product, we are fully committed to resolving it.

You can submit a return request within 07 days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

At the time of return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once the product reaches us, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after the quality check is completed.

1 Log in to your account and click on the “Return Request” button from the “My Orders” section.
2 Provide clear photos of the product issue along with detailed information.
3 Our representative will contact you to arrange the pickup of the product.

For hygiene and policy reasons, innerwear, cosmetics, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
